	How much does China Ease charge for the work put into locating a supplier for my product, negotiating prices, and preparing everything for my order?
	Nothing at all. China Ease works on commission only, which means we are not paid until your order has been placed and payment received.
	What happens if my stock turnover speed doesn't match my expectations, and I have to increase time between orders? Will there be any fees added for this?
	No. This is the main advantage of China Ease working as your purchasing office in China; you have no expenses when you don't purchase.
	I would like to gain the cost reduction advantages from sourcing my products from China, but I'm concerned that my quality standards will not be met. How do you ensure that I get what I want?
	For China Ease quality always comes first, and we will not place any orders for you if we have not received your confirmation of samples. Upon finalizing orders, we perform quality control following your requirements.
	What happens if you cannot find what I'm looking for? What do I have to pay for your work, then?
	If we cannot source the product you require, for some reason, you will not be charged anything.
	I know what I want to buy, but I'm not strong on the technical aspects of the product. What can you do to help?
	China Ease assist in product development and solutions by providing technical advice. Suppliers will usually also be called in to provide expert viewpoints.
	My product has to match certain European quality standards, and I want to be sure that I don't buy from factories that use child labor. Can I buy from China, then?
	China Ease only sources from suppliers who can provide required documentation for product standards, and child labor is the first thing that would ensure a supplier would never be considered for our customers.
	I want to develop a new product. When can I expect to be able to place an order?
	That really depends on the complexity. Simple, extruded products usually need 3-4 weeks for confirming prices and drawings before sample production can begin. Complex products that require sourcing from many different suppliers can take several months.
	After I have placed my order, when can I expect to receive it in Europe?
	As a rule of thumb, you can calculate one week for paperwork and payments, 30 days for production, and 30-35 days for sea freight, so a total of 9-10 weeks.
	I have tried purchasing from China before, but I ran into all kinds of communication issues, the order was delayed, and in the end I didn't receive the product exactly like I had requested it. It ended up costing more than if I had purchased from Europe. Why should I try again?
