China Ease sources basically any type of glass on the market for industry and projects. Industrial customers mainly buy glass for decoration of walls, cabinets, and similar interior design purposes, while projects are oriented towards construction/building glass. We source all the following options for the two types of customers:
Materials:
- Clear float glass
- Colored glass
- Super White glass
- 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 19 mm thickness options
Heat treatment:
- Tempered (EN 12150-2)
- Semi-tempered - breaks in larger pieces than fully tempered, but is more flexible and can have edge treatment after tempering
Surface treatment:
- Painted in RAL colors (option for safety vinyl back)
- Satinized - acid treated, looks sandblasted but fingerprints do not stay on the surface
- Silk screen printed - ceramic-based colored paint applied on one side of the glass and melted on during the tempering process, also known as fritted glass. This can also be used to make patterns, text, etc on the surface of the glass.
Multiple layered:
- Laminated safety glass (EN 14449) with clear or colored interlayer PVB film
- Low-E glass with energy-reducing film applied to one surface, also as fully reflective film
- Insulating glass with Argon gas between the two sheets of glass - many options for distance between glass and combining with laminated/Low-E glass for extremely low U-values
Edge treatment:
- Polished or matte edges, though reduced options in negative corners
- C-shaped or broken (45 degree) edges - on tempered laminated glass C-shape edges will result in a B-shape
